Football

Football is my passion. And it's fair to say one of my dreams has recently come true as I am now writing for England Women's Football Team - the fabulous Lionesses.

You can see my work in match-day programmes and on the FA Website.

Here's a small illustration of my work.

History of Torquay United FC

In 1990, I wrote the first ever book on the history of Torquay United Football Club.

Published as a paperback in time for Christmas that year, its release was timed to coincide with the 70th anniversary of the club (founded in 1899) switching from amateur to professional status.

Hence its title: "Torquay United - The First 70 Years."

In 2015, I added a unique Memory Map (pictured) to my portfolio. To find out more - and discover the story behind the cover photo - click on the link.
